Manufacturing · Marketplace Automation
Ripperden Resources sells custom 3D-printed parts across Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and direct orders. We built a custom Marketplace app for ERPNext that books fees automatically and routes every channel's orders through one system.

At a glance
The challenge
Ripperden sells across five channels, with Etsy alone accounting for about 70% of sales. Etsy's own reporting made per-order profit effectively unknowable.
What we built
Built a custom Marketplace app for ERPNext — a core framework with per-channel integrations installed only as needed — then configured standard manufacturing around it.
Revenue and fees are booked via batch journal entries generated from payout reports through a clearing account — bypassing the daily spreadsheet entirely while keeping the ledger accurate.
Rather than a big-bang project, Ripperden bought a small, fixed-scope consulting package — UnifyXperts provided the blueprint and targeted expert help while the owner self-implemented, extending hours only as needed.
