Integration architecture
Outbound — orders
ERPNext Sales Order → API push to WMS → pick / pack / ship → tracking back → Delivery Note auto-created → Shopify / Amazon tracking updated.
Inbound — receiving
Purchase Order → ASN to WMS → goods received → receipt confirmation → ERPNext Purchase Receipt auto-created → stock updated.
Inventory reconciliation
Periodic or real-time sync between the WMS and ERPNext. Discrepancies flagged; stock valuation stays in ERPNext.
